it could be center bearing, if its going bad it can also cause a vibration, make sure you have sufficient fluid in the diff as well, you can also get a noise and vibration from collapsed motor or trans mounts
This type of vibration is typically caused by a bad universal joint on the drive line. I've seen a case where a bad u-joint caused the transfer case to crack and explode. Replace all the u-joints on the front and rear drive lines. They are usually only around 15 bucks each at NAPA and will be much cheaper than another T-case.
Check to see if the steering sector is about to fall off,and the power steering pump.If all that is secure,check the mounts on the trans,and the transfer case.If the mounts are broken,or weak,this would allow the vibration,when turning.Let me know if I can help any [email protected]
Without feeling the vibration, it is hard to speculate, but, my experience here is this: you may have a bad rear wheel bearing. It is covered for 5 years/60,000 miles by Toyota
you could have low fluid in your transfer case or you could have a bent drive axel or you could have thrown a balance weight on a drive shaft, or your tire need balancing or you may have a bent wheel
seems your problem is within your clutch,defective part,usually a defective release bearing will cause gear shifter and pedal vibration but not as bad as yours,but by pressing on clutch pedal vibration stops,point to clutch!
Could be ball joints loose...jack up wheel and check for play
Could be bad hubs...the metal part of the tire wheel...i had this problem once..check for obvious damage like a dent or cut in metal
Could be caliper sticking
Could be mud in and around the wheels
