what are the symptoms.? there are over 20. or so.
  1. leaking DOT 3/4 fluid. , at every inch of the way, in system.

I got had my brake pads and rotoTrs change on a 1999 Ford Expedition...but my brakes have no pressure when I pressed them and the truck would barely stop or not stop at all. The individula who change them...


Here's a link on how to bleed,first check your master cylinder's fluid.He is suppose to test drive before giving it to you.Does your back brakes have shoes,if so,remove drum on each side and check your wheel cylinders for leakage.If leaking,then bleeding won't help.

you might have a bad front rotor ...warped or burnt ...I would check there 1st

Check your brake fluid reservoir if you are low. Other than that, the only parts with fluid are the shocks.

I change master cylinder brakes and still getting


One of the brake slave cylinder or hoses has a leak and is letting air in. Get it inspected to change out parts as needed.

When i applied my brakes, it whistles it's not my brake pads or shoes or springs.I brought it to dealer and they changed the springs,and it still whistles.1999 dodge caravan.


Try this disconnect the brake booster vacume line plug it and drive. BE CAREFUL YOU HAVE NO POWER AST BRAKES!!!!! If the whistle goes away then you need a brake booster

does it have rear disc brakes or drum brakes, if disc brakes should be changed just like the front and you might have an emergency brake shoe inside the rotor that they call a halo shoe, if it is drum brakes take off the adjusting spring and the return spring remove the brake adjuster,the the brake bar then remove the brake shoe hold down spring by holding the pin from the back and pushing and turning the spring to remove from the pin, you might have to remove the the emergency brake bar from one shoe by removing the horseshoe clip from the pin on the shoe if you have problems putting it back together look at the other side that you have not torn down yet.

Did you try backing the brakes off and then once you get the drum back on readjust the brakes.

change the rotors you most likly have a thickness variation causing the brakes to pulsate
