Boiling sound?

we are deaf here, see?
do you mean the heater box in car makes gurgling sounds???
or else where.>? location is the world of noise.
yes, liberties bleed with issues here, id not buy one.. ever.
no signs of steam?
no water blasting from expansion side tank?

is the engine overheating? (the gauge)
does the temp gauge do odd things (up and down random ?)
yes, then you have air in the system. !
stop using the side fill tank, next to RAD. (for now)
and start pulling the rad cap on a dead cold engine.
is it full now? in the RAD top tank, YES/NO?
if no, then you have a leak. (ground, to engine, or to passengers toes(foot well) or even to transmission. (or never serviced in 2 years/????)
what matters is fluid loss. of any kind on a daily or weekly basis.
loss is normal after months (small)

why not get it serviced, if lacking tools. and DIY skills.

FROM WHERE,. again we cant hear that sound
only you or your mech can hear it and find source. only.

It sounds like a transmission issue. If your temperature is not rising over 210 then I would check your trans fluid level. It would make sense with symptoms you are describing. Check it soon too. As the longer you go with this issue the more damage it will cause.

verify the fluid level is correct. If it is, then you need to get a mechanic to look at it. There isn't much the average person can do on the newer electronic transmissions. If the fluid is low, make sure you only fill it to the proper level as per the manual and you use the proper fluid for the 2004 jeep.

2002 Jeep Liberty 3.7L Engine Swap to newer 2004 engine

Has anyone made this work yet? I have the same problem 2002 jeep 3.7 and just installed a 04 motor. Timing is off. Some one had a good idea of mounting the crank gear to the out side of the harmonic ballancer and mounting the sensor with a bracket. What about the cam gear on the left side. Does the timing cahain have to come off to remove it? Or has any one swaped the wiring harnest, and computer.
Please email me back. Thanks for your help.
