check to see if you have the owners manual if so it should describe the dash lights and what they mean. or stop in to a dealership and ask it should be a non charge service as you just asking what it means and not asking them to diagnose the problem.

Why is my brake light on in my dash board in my 2006 chrysler 300

In most cases the warning light is for the parking brake being on or the brake fluid being low in the master cyl.

How would someone know what funny shape means

If you have no owners manual google dash board symbols

When you turn on the key you should see & know every

After the engine starts they all should be off or you got problems

What does the symbol e/t mean on the dash board of a Lexus es 300

http://drivers.lexus.com/t3Portal/document/om/OM33691U/pdf/sec1-3.pdf I read this in their manual, E/T means estimated/Time of Travel, this counter shows how long since the engine has been on, and only resets when you tell it to do so.

There is a symbol that lights up on my dash in between the mileage and the gear readouts it looks like a tranie or a motor, but i do not have a manual for my car and so do not know what the symbol means

orange would mean service engine, like the old orange colored service engine soon lights that are computer or emissions related. red would mean oil or engine problem. it's probably a motor symbol so we can dismiss ABS or other red brake light.

I have a 2005 chrysler 300 touring edition and while driving a red blinking lightning bolt symbol came on, om the left side of my dash. On the right side a yellow ESB symbol came on. Do you know what this...

the red light means power limited. the yellow ESP light is part of the traction control system.. if you were on slippery ground its a normal thing to happen if the tires spin
