Rear fan has quit working on a Ford 2007 E-250

Trying to locate the fuse for the rear blower fan on a 2007 Ford E-250 van. The front fan still works, but nothing from the back fan. Looking at the fuse array, I don't see one listed for the rear blower.

The blower fan on my 2001 ford econoline e-250 has quit working just in time for sub-zero temperatures. It was working now and then since I bought the van 8 months ago. Where are the relays for the fan...

1 Open the hood, and remove the cover from the fuse block. Locate the fuse numbered "105,"and remove it with a fuse puller.

2 Install a replacement 40-amp fuse in slot "105," and reattach the fuse block cover. If the blower is still malfunctioning, you may need to replace the motor.

3 Open the passenger's side front door, and locate the blower underneath the right side of the dashboard. Remove the three screws securing it to the vehicle.

4 Remove the three screws securing the motor to the fan blower, and install a replacement motor.

5 Reinstall all of the screws, and close the door.

The rear blower is separate. It receives power through 30A FUSE 7 in the bussed electrical center (BEC). The front blower motor receives power through 30A fuse 14 in the BEC.

My blower motor stopped working, front and back of van.

My rear blower motor stopped working and my Brother took the unit apart. He found out that the fan blade had seized up the unit. After he took out blade and sanded down blades, it worked fine. However, I am not sure about your front unit. Good luck.

Heater stopped working today. Rear still working but not alot.

2005 Chrysler T&C Van. My front blower also stopped working overnight. Rear blower works fine. I swapped the 40A fuse in the underhood fuse box with the 40A fuse for the power seats since I don't have power seats. No help. I then swapped the front blower relay with the spare relay in the same box. No help. I'm wondering if there is a reset button for the blower and if so where it may be. Any hint or help with the blower would definiely be appreciated. Thanks

Front fan motor for heat and air does not blow.

The fact that your fan started working by itself makes me suggest that your problem could be a blower motor resistor switch. You can look up the location with an internet search using your year and make of vehicle and the part name.

If your van is equipped with this part it has a history of intermittent operation across many product lines. Although many parts stores do not allow electrical parts to be returned if they are not needed, the part has electrical connections which can be plugged in to test the part before installing. The effects should be immediate.

Blower Fan not working

Could be a fuse or a relay, they are usually under the hood in the "Fuse/Relay box". The exact location should be indicated in the box cover and/or the owner's manual of the van. To try the relay, most of the relays in that box are the same, you can try switching it with another one and see if it works. But, i suspect a possible bad blower fan motor, they seem to go quite often on Econoline vans. They are a pretty simple item to replace, located under the hood on the passenger side, on the firewall. To diagnose for a bad motor, unplug the plugin on the motor, and with the key on, heater control to max, use a test light or a multimeter to check for power and ground at the plugin. Another thing, is the fan not working on all speeds, or is it working on max speed, the reason for my question is, if it's only working on max, the resistor (used for lower speeds) is probably bad. It is located close to the motor in the airbox on the passenger side of the firewall.
