SOURCE: cruse control not working
Another thing you might want to look into is the Chrysler Recall for the Clockspring in the steering column that can cause problems with the Cruise Control, Horn, and Airbag circuits.
SOURCE: Flashing SRS Dash Light/ non-working cruse control
The flashing light should be giving you a code that will help determine the fault. It will be in morse code like 3 flashes then a short pause and 2 flashes.
However with your second concern that cruise control does not work I would have to say you most likely have a bad clock spring. This is a unit that mounts behind the steering wheel to make electrical contact with cruise switches and air bag.

that actual cruise control switch is out. happened in my roadmaster.
SOURCE: How do you turn off a tire pressure sensor dash
check the tire pressures in ALL tires not just the 4 on the ground but the sapre also. If the pressures are all correct and the light is still on you may need to take it to a tire store such as good year or firestone or eve you local dealr to have the tpms SYSTEM checked out, (TPMS Tire Pressure Monitoring System)
