If the vehicles battery goes dead after it has been sitting for awhile, it is not an alternator/battery problem. The \vehicle will most likely have a parasitic draw causing the battery to drain during extended sits/overnight.
Sorry you spent to much money on replacing good parts. The ECM is bad. Not hard to figure out. If the alternator isn't grounded out the field inside won't engage. To many places will change the alternator and battery. Point and guess, is what I call it. If you paid to have it diagnosed and repaired, take it back and demand your money back.
