Question about 2000 Volvo S40
On most S/V40's the speedometer gets its impulses from the front right ABS sensor. No indication of ABS problems...?

The sensor on the old 740's are on the back of the differential on the rear end. I had one that malfunctioned due to wires bare and twisted. Let me know if it helps--the thing sender is held on by an allen screw in the 740--probably a torx on the S40. C
