If this is happening at slow speeds and idle, I would suspect the fan clutch is defective.

I noticed my AC compressor kicks in when running my heater. Is this normal?

Are you using the Defroster ?
Some vehicles turn on the A/C to pull moisture out of the car since that is the cause of the inside fogging.

Why do the windows on my 2009 caravanfog uponce Istart todrive? The windows will beclear after I warm it up but once I start drive they fog up.I do not smell antifreezeand the heater core lookslikenew.

windows fog up on the inside simply because of the hot breath of the occupants
this heat is cooled by the screen and condenses and so a fog is created
simple physics really - hot moisture + cold air =rain to over come this quickly run the air conditioner ( climate control) and that takes the moisture out of the air in the car and then the windscreen clears
you are going to say that it is too cold for the ac to run well at the same time run the heater until you have a pleasant temperature that is dry ( climate control--when it gets too hot the ac cuts in and when it gets to cold the ac switches off BUT the moisture that causes the fog on the windows is gone )

Ac relay looses power in 15 seconds after I turn

Likely you are low on freon in the ac system and low pressure sensor on the compressor feed line is cutting out the ac system. Then pressure rises enough for it to turn on and it cycles again.

Running cold, over flowing through the reservoir now overheating

o2 code is your exhaust and unrelated to the overheating. It is not your head gasket unless the coolant is flowing out off the engine or burning white smoke through the exhaust.

Sounds like you have so much air in the system that it has pushed out the coolant through the overflow and now overheats because air does not cool the engine. You should have a coolant bleeder nut, typically close to the thermostat. Whenever you change or add coolant you have to bleed out the bit of air that gets in.

Not Overheating, Smells like really hot antifreeze after I drive, a/c ok heater heats but when stopped air gets cold...stummped..thermostat?, Leak?

check your hoses and make sure its not getting low because when it gets low the hoses can get hot enough to expand and spit out antifreeze without overheating

Be sure you check engine oil level often. The low oil sensor will disable the ignition. If you turn A/C on the cooling fan should run continuous, Check the fan relays. Make sure coolant level is correct at recovery bottle, never open radiator cap. A scald hazard exist, be careful. This car is old and complicated, and is beyond your skill level to repair. Try to inquire here for advice, whenever possible. Don't throw good money at bad money

There is moisture coming out of the AC vents on my daughters 2006 s40, usually during very hot weather and not until the car has been driven for several miles

The drain on the evaporator is stopped up,look for it directly bellow the ac lines ,where they go into the car, under the hood,it will be on the bottom of the blower box,use air pressure to blow into the drain to clear it out.

From your description it sounds like your engine is overheating. Make sure you have enough coolant in the radiator and the coolant reseviour. Check your hoses, radiator, and waterpump for leaks. Have your thermostat replaced if it needs to be. If you can't get hot air from your vents when the engine is heated up it most likely means your water pump impeller is broke and it's not circulating coolant.
