Here's a website with your diagram and instructions. The serpentine belt is also called a drive belt.
Go to 2carpros.com. Click on INFORMATION on the right side. Scroll down to serpentine and timing belt diagrams. Then enter your car's description. The serpentine belt diagram is below the timing belt information. (Someday I'll have my son show me how to post up links. lol)
Installing timing belt is not very hard.
Install the timing belt onto the pulleys, as follows, crankshaft pulley first, then the idler pulley, exhaust camshaft pulley, intake camshaft pulley, and the tensioner pulley.Just make sure the timing marks are set exact and not got moved from its actual position.------If in-case,you missed the timing marks. Then you need to align it exactly, other wise there will be problem.------For timing belt replacing and timing belt diagram, click the link below:---http://carbeltrouting.blogspot.com/2011/10/2003-kia-spectra-timing-belt.html

AS FAR AS A STEP-BY-STEP:
This type forum to answer that question would literally take dozens of pages. I would strongly suggest you purchase a Haynes or Chilton Manual available at most auto parts stores. You will need the Torque Specifications for each and every Bolt and Nut involved.
Let me know if this helped.
You will find the timing gear alignment for belt installation in a Haynes or Chilton manual for that year that can be viewed or purchased at a discount parts store like Kragen,Checker,Autozone,Pep Boys, etc.
