Is this engine equipped with an EGR valve? Might have carbon deposits blocking the passageway causing the stalling problem.

Sounds like the fuel pump is not supplying enough gas to keep it running.

2004 f 150 will not turn over

There are typically 3 things that cars need for the engine to start: gas, air, and fire. If one of those things is not there, the engine will die. If it is starting but will not restart then you are likely looking at an issue with either gas or air supply to the engine. First thing to try would be making sure you have gasoline in the tank and a clear gas hose. If the gas hose is leaking or clogged, then your engine will not turn over.
