The battery voltage is low but there is no load to test the battery .Have a load test done on the battery as you may have a dead cell. All you describe including the test points to a bad battery.
That symbol means low voltage in the system, you have a dead or defective battery. These new sealed batteries can go out of the blue, starts fine and then a few minutes or hours later nothing, no crank no start. You can confirm the battery is the problem by honking the horn, it will dribble out a noise or not work at all if the battery is dead or nearly dead.
you have either a blown fuse or the factory wire harness isnt connected to horn first check fuse owners manual will have location and description of fuses if ok retrace your steps when you hooked horn to new alarm you disconnected wire at horn or you cut the wire to access horn wiring

Hi, If the horn only honked once it may be a symptom of your car alarm being set off after power has been re-applied. If the horn stays on after you reconnect the battery you have either a stuck horn button on your steering wheel or a stuck horn relay. Or it could be the alarm sounding the horn but that usually that occurs in a series of horn blasts (rather than continuous) and the car indicators usually flash in sync with the alarm sounding. If the horn is stuck on in a continuous blast ie not sounding on and then off and then on etc etc, disconnect one the battery cables then pull the fuse that feeds the horn or pull off one of the removable spade electrical connectors from one of the 2 terminals on the horn itself. Usually the fuse box is either under the dashboard on the drivers side or could be under the hood. Consult your user manual for your car for fuse and horn locations. If the horn is stuck you need to visit a qualified auto electrician, or perhaps you have a friend who knows his way around auto electrics? Cheers, Steve (Melbourne, Australia)
You have to have battery hook up to check fuses with test light, When you unhooked battery you put vehicle in thief mode, thats why horn honked and disabled ignition.
since heat caused the problem, i used cold for the fix.....there are several types of canned "FREEZE" that are used for electronic testing...i sprayed the steering wheel--twice. i think it released the weight of the steering wheel cover on the horn contacts...that or my prayers were answered......whatever the fix----currently AIN'T BROKE.....

1. Fuel (To be exact proper air/fuel ratio, normally it is about 14/1) 2. Spark (in appropriate moment) 3. Proper timing (the valves should open and close only in appropriate time) 4. Compression in the cylinders (Normal compression is 120 - 170 psi. The engine won't start if the compression is lower than 70 - 80 psi.)
