Possibly compressor belt broken. Maybe sudden loss of coolant gas. Fix bad part and recharge.

2005 volkswagon beetle won't start

There are 3 simple ways to troubleshoot this: Gas, Spark, or Air. The car is not getting enough of one of these. If it turns over you have battery power.

Gas - Is there enough?
Spark - Remove each plug and lay it close to the motor and have someone turn it over while you verify the spark for each cylinder.
Air - Verify the air filter is not clogged

Ask an automotive aircon specialist to take a look and see if the aircon is all correct before worrying about the mechanic, tell them what it is doing and do they have any solution to your problem... many mechanics are not schooled in Aircon fault finding...

1999 Volkswagon Beegle starts, stays on for 10

I would gues, if there's no problem with fuel and air, that it is your convenience module or a faulty key, and its engaging the anti theft device.

I have a 2001 volkswagon beetle it overheats.I replaced thermostat it still overheats and the heater doesnt throw any hot air.

If you haven't replaced your original water pump which has a plastic impeller then I suggest you upgrade to an aftermarket metal impeller one. The shaft that connects the impeller to the pulley has broken and slipping specially at higher engine speed. Also if a cooling service was done recently there could still be air in the system and needs to be primed properly.
