Car may have fusible links, usually located near battery + connector or starter motor big plus connector. If you are not familiar with these, they are just sections of wires that are special sections designed to burn out if some major circuit shorts or draws too many amps. Parts stores carry replacements.
Possible ignition switch. Try gently rocking the key back and forth in the ignition cylinder with the vehicle running without turning the vehicle off. While performing this procedure, try working the windows or have the headlight in the on position to see if it corrects the problem. If the accessories start working,suspect an ignition switch

check for any circuit brakers near the fuse box, if theres any of them reset them by introducing a paperclip in the small hole and press, you will hear a click.
