I have a 73 chevy caprice. All of my tail lights are out and my turn flashers are not blinking. The headlights are fine. What could be the problem. Is it the flasher relay that's causing the lights to be out?

Possibly, but on my 78 Chevy caprice there was different fuses for these systems so you might check this angle out. You might just have a blown fuse.

dont discount both bulbs being bad ...check this first
