?? The SRS system refers to the Supplemental Restraint System in your car. Something is amiss with your seat belts or airbag system. There is no fuse cure for this.. You have to have the system analyzed. It could be a sensor in the passenger seat, a out of line seat belt for faulty airbag component. It's not cool riding around unprotected.

Where is the air bag fuse located for 2004 ford avalanche?

Look in your owners manual

No manual -check every fuse on the vehicle

IF a fuse has blown- replacing it WILL NOT SOLVE
a thing,as it would have blown for a reason, common sense

If you have a dash light on- check for codes, always check for
codes if any dash light stays on after the motor is running

SRS Codes may only come up with professional software
& in Enhanced Mode & going to the SRS Module to get them

They are not usually a generic code a code reader or your
parts store can get for free

Locate fuse for airbag

this fuse is in the under dash fuse panel and should be marked srs,a/b(air bag),or you could check the fuses with a test light.these rarely go bad unless there was a short in the air bag system tht will have to be checked out.

The airbag warning light flashes

First check the airbag or SRS fuse if blown replace if not you will need to take the vehicle in to either the dealer or a shop that has the appropriate SRS diagnostic equipment. When the airbag light is on or flashing it indicates the SRS system is disabled and major fault is present. There are many causes from component failure due to age or accident, to a blown fuse. Check your owners maual for the location of the fuse.

What is the red warning light "SRS"

It is the air bag malfunction warning light.

This will show if the fuse for the air bag operation has blown or if the fuse is removed and not replaced. There can also be other causes such as problems with the wiring or wiring connections.

As a first step check the fuse panel and ensure the fuse is OK. The fuse location is covered in the owner's manual.

The srs light comes on the power windows does not work, the work brake appears in red letters Message appears that states drive to workshop

Hello there. It appears you have three issues. First your srs light could be several issues by itself. This really needs to be diagnosed by first having the DTC's for srs read out. Next, if it is not a specific window but all windows, it could be as simple as checking and replacing the proper fuse, It could also be a more serious issue involving a control module. Unfortunately if this is not a fuse problem, it is also something that needs to be checked with a diagnostic computer, and or qualified technician. There are several fuse panels located within the vehicle located on one or both sides of the dash as you open the front doors. There are many other fuses located in the Signal Aquisition Modules but again should be serviced by a qualified technician. Your red brake light can be as simple as low brake fluid or worn brake parts causing low fluid levels. If it is anything but low brake fluid this is also something that should be addressed by a qualified technician, I say this because your vehicle is equipped with SBC brakes which are electro hydraulic brakes. If these brakes are not disabled before servicing serious bodily harm or damage can occur. Your srs light may be covered by a campaign or recall at no cost to you other than the diagnostic charge.
