On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Pull back the weather seal and you'll be able to see the motor, regulator, guide rails

you going to have to take it apart to get to it, is not that hard but time consuming; the parts is cheap. The common problems with those is the regulator is worned and need replacing. regulator is a window track, it keep the window in it track and when it become worned it get sloppy. hope that help some

You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Pull off the weather seal and you can readjust the window from there

On the seat bottom left and right of center there's a release clip. (see photo) Carefully push the release with a flat screw driver and pull up doing one side at a time.
Once the seat bottom is removed there's 2 bolts holding the seat back in place, remove the bolts and lift the seat back straiting up.
