Unless the harness is missing, just go to the auto parts storeand buy vacuum line by the foot. If you're unsure of the size, most will lend you a tool to measure the size of hose you need. If the harness is missing try a scrap yard.

1995 4.3 cpi floods at idle

These had a very common problem with the injector assembly inside the intake manifold. They develop leaks around the seals at the base of the injector spider. You can remove the plenum tuning device at the top of the manifold and look in with a flashlight and see how one side of the intake is washed and wet with fuel to confirm this. To fix the problem you'll need to buy a new injector assembly and gaskets for the upper intake assembly as it has to be removed to get at the injectors.f7b3d8e.jpg

1995 Jetta: vacumn hoses missing causing car to miss...

A missing vacuum line will not cause a car to misfire, it will run rough because of un-metered air entering the intake system. A misfire could be from bad spark plugs and wires. A malfunctioning ignition system, a bad fuel injector or fuel pressure charging component. An end result for not correcting a misfire problem is a damaged catalytic converter. From the factory it should come with a vacuum routing label usually on top of the radiator carrier or hood locking system. It will tell you specific location for the vacuum lines.
