Question about 2000 Daewoo Leganza
You oil light problem is due to your oil pump starting to fail. You need to replace this and it will take care of that for you. As far as the CEL goes the p1627 refers to your PCM (powertrain control module). I would suggest that you pull the plug on the PCM and make sure it is clean and plugged in tightly. Inspect the harness connectors for backed out terminals or damaged terminals. Plug it back in and reset your CEL and see if the code comes back on. If it does it sounds like your PCM is going out and will need to be replaced. Good luck and thanks for using FixYa!
