Did you check each cylinder. Very unusual for them all to give the same reading. If you just checked one and got 15lbs then it could be a few things. Worn valves, cracked or worn cylinders, cracked head, or broken, worn piston or piston ring's. All this can be checked by removing the cylinder head. First check all cylinders for preasure if they are 25lbs or less your engine is excessivly worn and will need reconditioning or replaced.

How to release fuel pressure without gauge

Locate the inertial safety switch (usually in the trunk, check your Owner's Manual) and disconnect the electrical plug connector from it. Once you have disconnected the plug from the inertial safety switch, attempt to start the car. It may run momentarily, then will stall out and not restart. When this happens, pressure has been released from your fuel system.
After you are done with whatever you are doing and want to re-pressurize the system, replace the plug in the inertial safety switch, turn the key switch to ON (not START), count to five, then return the switch to OFF, count five, then do the same thing again two more times. After you have cycled the ignition switch three times, the car should start with no problem

Engine stalls while drving

Have the computer scanned for trouble codes. If a fault code is set, post them here, or google the code to get descriptions.
You should have the fuel pressure checked to see if it is at proper pressure. A weak or tired, old pump just may not be getting the pressure needed. There would be a specific pressure required for your car, but multiport injection is usually about 40-50 psi. If a shop tests pressure for you, they can find your required pressure, and then check for it..

Caddy stalls on me?

Scan the engine computer for trouble codes. Check your fuel pressure-low fuel pressure will cause stalling. Does it start right back up? If so, maybe a problem with the idle control valve or motor.

I changed my fuel pump and filter now it dosnt start the first time only the second

I would check to see if you are losing pressure. You should have constant pressure in the system at all times. A quick thing you may want to try is when you first go to start it don't. Just turn the key to the on position without turning the engine over for about 5 seconds. Then turn the key off. Turn the key back to just the on position again. Turn the key off. then try and start it. Turning the key to just the on position will engage your fuel pump relay for about 5 seconds which in turn will build up fuel pressure. If it starts after you do this the first time you may be losing pressure. You can always put a pressure tester on there and check the prssure while it's not running to see if you lose prssure that way. It should have pressure even when it's not running at all times. I hope this helps and good luck.

have you replaced the oil sending unit. and check the wire to it, and also i would give the engine a oil pressure test while the sending unit is out, if you have good oil pressure then, i wouldn't worry about oil pump, i would still consider replacing the oil sending unit.

Stalls while driving; wait 40 minutes it starts trhen stalls after 1/2 mile

you need to detemine if the problem is fuel (lack of) or ignition. Connect fuel pressure guage to fuel rail and drive and observe fuel prssure when it stalls out. if the fuel pressure stays within spec. then check for lost ign. spark and or injector pulse. If both spark and pulse are missing most likely you need a crank position sensor.

Trouble starting

check the fuel prssure when this problem arises you should have 35 to40 psi with the key in the run postion and should hold steady. if it dose not you may have a problem with the pump holding line pressure. i would also look to see if you are getting a voltage singal to the pump when the key is truned to the run postion you should see battery voltage for at least 15 seconds our more. good luck let me know if i can help fruther
