Does anyone have a list of Check Engine light codes for a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Could be 100 different things. Do you have fuel pressure? Do you have any codes? Do you have spark?

Check for applicable trouble codes. How long since a tune-up?

P0340: Camshaft Position Sensor A - Bank 1 Circuit Malfunction

- Camshaft Position Sensor harness is open or shorted
- Camshaft Position Sensor circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Camshaft Position Sensor
- Faulty starter motor
- Starting system circuit
- Dead (Weak) battery

You can take it to auto zone or advanced auto parts house and they will check the codes for you for free.then you can look up the code on internet and see whats going on hope this helps

The first thing is put a scanner on it to see why the engine light is on.Check all vacume lines . And fuel pressure test .

have someone read the code with a code reader to see why it is on.

My 2002 chrysler PT Cruiser engine Rev's itself about twice when i just start the engine. What could be the problem?

that is likely the check engine light. if you live near an autozone they will scan it for codes (free) and that should tell you why the light came on
