You can't open the case without damaging it. any repairs should be able to be performed by removing the capsule from the vehicle

2004 chevy trailblazer leak n antifreeze from behind fan

the fan you are referring to is inside the trailblazer on the passenger side behind dash near floor wall? If this is the case it is the heater core and needs to be replaced by a professional. If is is under the hood in the engine compartment it is the water pump in need of replacement? thanks good luck on the heater core..

I have a 2004 chevy trailblazer, if I turn my air all the way up, it act like it wants to cut off, what would be the problem?

Possible blower motor resistor failure. If it works on some speeds but not all that will be the most likely cause. If you decied to replace yourself it is located under the passenger side kickpanel and mounts tos the bottom of the heater case.Check the wire harness for melting,if melted will need a new harness connector.

The passenger side head head light goes out and the replacement lamp on the dash lights up. After a while the headlight comes back on. I've tried replacing the head light and still experience the same...

If you have an optional HID lighting kit, check/replace the ballast for the lights. If not, check for a wiring short in the harness somewhere.

My driver's side head light is repeatedly going out. The last bulb has been in less than 2 months and has now gone out. The passenger side has never gone out. ????????

The same thing happened repeatedly with my trailblazer. I had to cut the wires and replace the bulb recepticle (or what ever you call it) IT WAS BURNT and MELTED! Haven't had a problem since. good luck

Head lamp doesn't work

It all depends. You need to trace it back to the fuse and switch. A switch is cheap, the harness that the switch plugs into is cheap but you have to pull one wire out at a time and replace them in the exact same slots. The fuses are cheap and wire is cheap.
Whats not cheap is paying someone to track it down. So if you feal confident witn multimeter. Then its some what easy and very cheap to fix.
