SOURCE: air and heat not blowing air through vents
Either Your fan switch is burned out or you blower motor is no good, your blower motor is on the passenger side under the dash. Before you replace any parts you need to check your fuses and relays under your hood and in the car. Usually if your fan switch goes bad you will still get some air blowing thru the vents, so my guess would be blower motor, If its not a blown fuse or relay.
SOURCE: 2000 Ford Expedition front air not blowing
TRY JUMPING THE BLOWER MOTOR APPLY 12 VOLTS TO THE MOTOR IF IT STARTS THEN THE PROBLEM WOULD BE THE SWITCH IF IT DOES NOT START THEN THE MOTOR IS THE PROBLEM GOOD LUCK HOPE THIS HELPS
SOURCE: 2003 ford explorer blower motor works but weak
The doors in the blower/heater/evap housing are sticking because of an issue with the vacuum or elec servo motors or improper computer command
SOURCE: No air blowing 1998 Ford E350
blower motor location is in the heater box down by the passengers feet the fan relay in out under the hood in the power fuse box check this first
check to see if the blower motor turns you can do this by removing the three screws the motor and squiral cage will come out spin it if it moves freely putit back replace the switch assembly
