Tiguan no internal air circulation

your air con system will have a fresh / resirc system apart from on defrost, which is only external air.
the blower motor up under the dashboard on most cars, will have a flap which is either cable or switch operated. I assume this flap is either jammed, broken, or the device which operates it is same,
take the glovebox out and you should see the flap.
note...its all plastic so dont force anything!

There's got to be something up or wrong with the pump-that's the sole source of circulation for the entire cooling system. Did you pull it off to check it? Sometimes the impeller can shear off. Or did the blades show any signs of wear? Check the belt running it too for any problem.

1989 Honda Accord losing power and heats up too fast...what can i do???

Mr. BEY the problem you have with your car is as follows: as I believe the loss of power drops soon after the the temperature risen. If is like that then check your water circulation. First remove your thermostat and by leaving it without thermostat start the engine after you put water in radiator and rev it at approximately 1500-2000 revs and follow the water circulation as you have the radiator cap off. If the water circulates according to rev then the problem is not on the water pump. If the water does not circulated then the water pump even is not leaking or is not noisy, the propeller inside is broken due to corrosion and you have to change it after you remove the timing belt and renew everything. Also after you check for the water circulation and is none of the above,Put the radiator cap on and drive it in some distance following the temperature and the power of your car. If there is no problem then surely you have a problem with your thermostat and you have to change it. Remember anything you do by renewing anything put the recommended coolant and bleed the system . Also I do not know the condition of your coolant and how often you do service, I recommend to check also your radiator if is working ok and is not full or part blogged. If is none of the above and the high temperature comes after driving and the loss of power is first,Check your exhaust blowing whether you have any buffer box blogged.

Water is not flowin through engine and runs hot

circulation comes from the water pump, but the thermostat must also be opening and closing for this system to work properly.some where some thing is not functioning properly, with out a doubt in my mind and no your engine is not blown; make sure the cooling system is not air bound ,i do believe that there is several bleeders to render this problem ,now if the coolant light is on that usually means the reserve container is low but the level sensors also get stuck causing this type of situation, also the reserve bottle or container doesn't circulate,it just draws extra antifreeze when needed or when the engine over heats it catches back flow thats why it should be filled to the level indicated on the bottle ,good luck

Because if you put the thermostat at 300m water does not circulate when the thermostat is new

So you changed the thermostat?
Water will not circulate while engine is cold. As it reaches normal temp it should open and circulate. If it is overheating when warmed up, and still not circulating, then either the thrmostat is bad or wrong type, or it was installed wrong and somthing is blocking it.
One other thing possible is the water pump is broken, but usually when pump is broke, it leaks, from the back of the pump.
You could check the belt is correctly driving the water pump.

My peugeot 206 heater only blows cool air out the vents when full on when the heater is at its maximun there is little heat comin out the wrong areas yet the car get really hot but not de mistin my wondows...

Sounds like you have a blockage in your water system or your head gasket has blown. If the radiator is full then check the water to see if it is oily or check the oil to see if it is a grey colour as what you are describing is common when the water is not circulating through the internal radiator in the dashboard that air is pumped through to give you the warm air and the car is overheating quickly means the water is leaking into the engine somewhere. If the oil and water are fine then use a garden hose to flush out the water system heater hose.

What does brake! button on read on the dashboard mean?

First, check to see if the parking / hand brake is engaged just slightly. This will cause the light to remain on with out any noticeable effects. If thats ok than check the brake fluid level. make sure its at the proper level. If it still continues, than you'll have to check the individual components in the brake system. Start with the master cylinder where the brake fluid resevoir sits and look for leaks or problems with the wiring plug located on the side. good luck
