Blend air door not operating. Could be vacuum leak, bad actuator or bad vacuum check valve.

My volkswagen 2001 aircon only blows hot air

This is a tough one. So many things can cause this. First check all fuses. Check resistance of clutch coil. Should be 4 ohms. Also could be a leak.

Air conditioner wont work

You need to check your freon level. Go to your auto parts store and pick up a can of freon with a gauge and follow the directions on the can.

2002 vw beetle ac prob. was cooling one minute then i turned ac off for about 5min. when turned back on ac was blowing hot air.

Too much pressure build-up when you turn it off, the compressor will not function.
You may have "air bubbles" in the system.
Have refrigerant checked (for free) at most auto stores (call ahead).

Hope this helps!

Air conditioner blow warm air after freeon

you could have a leak in the ac system which would be why you had to add freon. take it to a repair shop and ask them to check fo rleaks because adding more freon wont fix your issue if there is a leak.

I have a 2000 vw bug.I have no air. the fan Blows and the compressor comes on but still warm air.I have had it checked and the freon levels are fine.any Ideas.

It sounds like the temp control door is stuck in hot position. Pick up a Haynes manual from a parts house and look through the dash/a/c controls. It will tell you which of the vacuum pods control the temp and proper service and testing. Hope this helps. Good luck.
