It probably means you should have the breaks checked.. Its a sensor that picks up when the pads are warn down..

Hope this helps !!

Blowing blue smoke on stand still when I rev it and engine management light is on mr2 roadsters

Blue smoke indicates the engine is burning oil. as to how the oil is getting into the combustion chamber is the question. It could be as simple you need an Oil change. it could be as bad as the engine is worn past the mechanical ability to contain the oil in its proper ares. (Engine rebuild/ replacement required) First how long has it been since the last oil and filter change? Oil breaks down over time and becomes thin and diluted sometimes with unburnt fuel. Thin oil can get into the combustion chamber. Also you need to look at the miles on the motor. High miles means lots of wear. even lower miles could mean excessive wear depending on its history. Compression test ,dry and wet would be my first check if oil change is not needed. low dry test and a high wet test would indicate worn rings and require rebuild/ replacement. is it only at first start up? or is it all the time? lots of factors involved to give a proper diagnosis.

What does squeaking sound while breaking mean?

it may mean nothing, squeaks from brakes area not uncommon. on the other hand, if the noise changes when you apply the brakes or if you just haevnt had the brakes inspected latley, it could be the wear indicator rubbing, this means the brakes are at the minimum thickness and should be replaced

What would break my timing cover ,but the car still run

Your may have timing belt get loose / wear down , but still work. Observe your time belt and check your maintenance record. Don't wait any longer. An abnormal timing belt will led your car to fatal damage.

I got a message Break Wear, how much would I be spending?

it means that one of the four brake pad sensors is indicating a low thickness of the brake pad at one or more wheels, all you can do is get the wheelspulled and the brakes inspected, many tire shops will waive the brake inspection cost if you let them do whatever work is needed, the price can vary from about $150 per axle to about $250, so if u need front and rear brakes and new rotors u could be looking at about $500+

Manual recommends changing out the timing chain at 100,000 miles, is this true. I thought chains did not need to be changed

The proof seems to be in your hands ... if the manufacturer says change it, you should change it.

Who said it was a chain?
