Heater

Well its not quite that easy.
You have an automatic system to control heat and ac. The control module may have failed, or it could be a blend door problem under the dash.
You could try pulling the HVAC fuse or the blower fuse to stop the air from blowing, but it may still be hot when the car is moving.
The fuse locations should be in your owners manual.

Lincoln mark 8, a/c was working, then kept starting and stopping now dead, compressor works, fan wont blow, even on vent or heat....where is the fuse/relay for this or what else could it be?

It is the blower motor,or the blower relay module, near the blower motor, and check the ac/heat control unit,if the blower ,and relay module turn out to be good.

My heat and ac wont blow out vents what is the problem and how do I fix it

Your blower motor is probably out. It also could be a fuse or the blower motor resistor. Blower motor resistors commonly fail.

Blower quit

Blower motor is likely bad if it doesn't work on any speed, if it works on only one speed then there is a resistor located by the blower motor that is bad each item should run around $30 at local parts store

Ac air not blowing

On this vehicle there is a blower motor control module located on the right side of the vehicle inside the engine compartment behind a relay cover. You have to remove the cover and unbolt the retainers holding the relay box to gain access to the module which in mounted into the evaporator duct just behind the duct. If you jump a wire from the red to the puple wire (with key in the on position) the blower should come on. The red wire is in the two wire connector and the purple wire is in the 4 wire connector. if the motor comes on check to see if you have 6 volts on the gray wire with a black tracer located in the 4 wire connector. If you do the blower motor control module has failed. This is a rather common failure on this model.
