Chrysler town and country will be the same. Volkswagon tourag will be the same. I believe the 2005-2007 models of the caravan will have the same suspension parts

Get a letter from your dealer or mechanic telling the insurance company that the headlights are indeed result of the accident. Otherwise, you're going to be stuck with whatever it costs.
Consider, too, your deductible. It may turn out that the cost to fix is lower than the deductible, and you will end up paying anyway.

Insurance companies always try not to pay if you can't prove it was accident related. If they can't see it, they won't pay. You need to bring it to a licensed repair shop and have them diagnose the problem to see if it is related to impact. I have done auto body and automotive repair for over 35 years and to answer your question it can be related. Did the relay come loose? Was damage done to relay contacts? Did wiring get pinched in rear somewhere and cause short and fuse to blow out? Can be many things. Get it checked and prove them wrong.

Probably damaged the wiring , blew the fuse or popped both headlights. Most globes if they are on (hot) and get a bad knock, they will pop the globe element.

Can you turn the key forward and back to the off position, Is the shift lever in the park position, Is the steering wheel in the locked position????

Obviously you have a connector which has come partially apart somewhere between the Headlights and the Headlight Switch. Most modern vehicles have several connectors between the Headlight Switch and the Headlights, Start at the Firewall Connector and work forward toward the Headlights making sure all connectors are securely mated. Another remote possibility is that you have fractured the "Low Beam Filaments" in BOTH Headlights. You don't mention how hard you hit the Speed Bump but if it caused the car to "Bottom Out" the front suspension it was a hard enough impact to fracture the filaments. You can use a 12 Volt Test Light at the Sockets for the Headlight Bulbs and see if you are getting 12 Volt power there. If you are in Low Beam position you have fractured the filaments. Check with High Beam too.

check the headlight bulbs, it's quite possible they are both burnt out.
