Body Control Module (BCM)
In the center of the instrument panel, behind the HVAC control module and below the radio.
Doesn't use a turn singnal relay (flasher) the BCM flashes the turn signals an hazard lights . Do yourself a favor an take it to a qualified repair shop ,not the dealer .
Your only option may be to purchase another one from the dealership. Sometimes they will not release it to the general public until a few years after that model year. Try e-bay. I'm sure you can find one.

A 2012 would totally be under full warranty. Why would you want to replace when in all likelihood it's covered? And GM wouldn't fix what you should have gotten fixed by them?
