My 1992 Chevy corvette lt1 is not starting is getting fuel to the jet by the intake what do i do?

This vehicle should be fuel injected and therefore have no jets. If you are referring to a schrader valve on the fuel rail having fuel then maybe I can offer some help. You need to pull a spark plug wire off and see if there is any spark from the wire if you are sure there is fuel supply.Check for spark and let me know

1992 corvette no comunication between modules replaced ccm with rebuilt ecm checked out good replaced key and ignition but i cant get a vats signal so i can get the key chip. the starter does not ingadge...

I had a similar problem on my 92 LT1 and it turned out to be the opti-spark was bad not signaling the injectors to pulse, if your bypassing the VAT to turn it over then the injectors should fire as well, on the 92 the crank sensor is built into the opti-spark distributor as well, if it turns out to be the opti-spark spring for the MSD sealed and vacuum vented cap or you'll just be replacing the thing every six months, you can test the opti up were it runs into the coil, I dont remeber the exact proceedor but it is on line,

Need to replace the 02 sensor on my 1992 chevrolet corvette, I have the sensor but trying to figure out where it goes underneath the car??

there should be more than one 02 sensor so make sure to replace the correct one, but anyways they screw into the exhaust pipe usually near where the pipe meets the exhaust manifold

My 1992 corvette will not idle above .5 rpm wants to die.

Sounds to me you should do some checking and diagnosis first. Start with simple stuff like checking the spark plugs to see if they are fouled or if you have a damaged plug wire or even a loose or unhooked plug wire or plug. Then check all your vacuum hoses to see if there are any that are damaged, dry rotted or not functioning. Then check O2 sensors, idle control valves etc...

Finally if you've checked all that, then I'd opt for a new optispark (the term used for the distributor on these engines), and that's quite a labor intensive job.... and a new optispark is rather expensive at around 300-500 US dollars.

Good luck.

WONT START

It sounds as if the Ignition Control Module has failed. Remove the easiest spark plug you can reach. Reattach the plug wire and clamp the plug down to the valve cover or something that will make a good ground or electrical path. Have someone crank the engine while you watch to see if there is a spark across the electrodes. DON'T HOLD THE PLUG WHILE YOU DO THIS, IT WILL KNOCK YOU ON YOUR ****! If there is no spark chances are the ICM is bad. It's located on the left front behind the Pwr Steer Resevoir on the engine block. You might be able to remove it, 2 small screws, and have it checked out a a parts store. If you don't have any luck with this post your problem on corvetteforum.com. There are many there that will help.
