Fuel-Filter, is the car driven year around? Miles on motor/size off engine? More details of your car would be great.

Take the air intake off the injection and drive to see if that makes any difference if does then you know where the problem lies , if not then will need further investigation

Has the fuel filter been replaced? If not replace it,also have the exhaust system checked for excessive back pressure due to a failing catalytic converter.

1994 Mustang 3.8L starts fine after about two minutes will loose power and die at idle only after it has warmed up its fine seems like starving for fuel.... fuel filter changed, fuel pump changed mass air...

check the timing and also if the idle jet is opperating correctly. cold start mec could also be faulty. you can program it out

Check your fuel filter and your fuel pump's output volume/pressure, it may need replacing.. Mine did when I had that problem.. Just lucky I started that after I got home fresh out he road fm a road trip..

97 mustang power loss at 4000 rpm seems like it wants to go but won't doent do it when cold only after runing for about 15 minutes seems like it bogs down

Sounds like a weak fuel pump or clogged fuel filter.Check your fuel pressure it should be 30-45 psi with key on and engine off.

Truck acts like it is running out of gas? Replaced fuel filter. Ran fine for awhile but now still acts like it is starving for fuel.

my '93 f-250 (4.9L) stopped running while driving, now it acts like it isn't getting any fuel. Tried switching tanks, but still does the same. What would be the problem.

Body Control Module (BCM) Inner fender well under the hood. Fontrols the fuel pump, cooling fan... I own a '93 fox body, been there, done that. Not a doubt in my mind.

The Body Control Module (BCM) on the inner front fender. Controls the fuel pump, Cooling fans... I have a '93 Fox Body. Been there done that.

During hot days in summer, car bogs and dies now in spring.

your fuel pump is going.

there was a 10 year unlimited mileage warranty on 2000 focus for this issue, but not sure if 2001 was included. The internal filters in the fuel pump clog and starve the pump. New stlye filters went into prodction but not sure if all of 2001 had the new design.

fuel filter, Dirty throttle body, or it probably needs a good tune up, If you clean the throttle body, use the right spray.Do that before you change the plugs
