What will make the voltage guage on dash read high And the dash lights stop workingmercury grand marque

voltage gauges read the out put voltage from a alternator
it should be a max of 14.5 to 14.8 volts
if it is higher then the alternator or regulator is faulty and needs removing for a bench test or replacement
there may be a connection to the dash light through the light control module that controls the voltage to those lights
fix one and see it that fixes the second.

Abs light stays on and brakes are locking up on 2002 mercury sable grand marque what do i need to do to fix it?

first you have to find what is causing the brakes to lock up as this can cause the ABS to activate turning on the light. once this is done then you can see if the ABS light is on, if so you will have to have the code pulled from the ABS module to know what to test.

Mercury Grand Marquis voltage reads low, but car still runs and dash went out

Worn out Battery or one that won't take or hold a charge
as well as an Alternator not working correctly

All the symptoms point to low computer module voltage
as a result of what I said above

Could be a worn ignition switch, only if that has something
to do with alternator regulator being turned on

2004 mercury grand marque check engine light on code is p0108 says map sensor or vacum leak but does not have leaks.this car does not have map sensor what else needs to be replaced

PO 108 --- Baro/Map Sensor High Voltage Detected

Yes it does

It is integrated into one unit in the ESM EGR assembly
(possibly)

I have no experience with that,so if you find only an egr valve
& no other sensor with vacuum hoses & wires going to it,replace
the egr valve.

Getting the feeling you missed it

Work the web sites. Put in your motor & EMS Module for egr
& see what comes up
