The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal. Remove the panel cover to access the fuses.

Power Distribution Box: The power distribution box is located in the engine compartment near the battery.

2003 Ford Taurus right and left turn signals don't work nor does the brake lights.
Check Fuses and Relays, but this has a GEM (general electronics module). You may need and auto-electrician as nothing covers brake lights, but that may be a fault with the brake light switch.

Location
There are two fuse boxes. One is located under the drivers side dash by the foot pedal and the other under the hood by the battery. Hope this helps.

Here is a copy of the owners manual which has the locations.

Is there a fuse for the ac compresser
All modern vehicles have a fuse for the A/C. I would not know where the fuse box is for a 98 Ford Taurus, because I usually don't work with Tauruses, but I do know the A/C does run off a fuse box.

Consult your owners manual to locate the fuse center or box in your vehicle.

There should be one in the fuse box there may also be one in line, near the lighter, it could be labeled ***** or auxiliary. fuse box under dash drivers side under hood some times / also in glove box, hope this helped . Good day .
