Probably your horn cam in column, this can be checked and diagnoist easily, I believe it is a dark green wire that comes down the steering col. wire harness. If you grd. this wire horn should blow, how it works is when you push on the horn pad it grounds the circuit to relay and relay switches and puts power to horn to blow.Also make sure your steering column is grounded, which is usually through the rag joint to steering shaft
Sounds like the blend door actuator which diverts air from defrost,to bi-level,vent etc. It's vacuum driven and when it fails, it's usually an indication of a vacuum leak. To trace the leak, start the car, turn the AC on high and starting at the firewall in front of the passenger's side, trace the vacuum lines backward until a leak is detected. If no leak is detected, it's very likely that the blend door actuator is faulty and needs either repair or replacement. Best of luck. Greg
You dont have to remove the dash but it might make it a easier job if you did. The heater core is removed from under the R/S dash. after removing the lower dash covers, glove BOX, A/C programmer. Then from under the hood, disconnecting heater hoses, and removing heater case mounting bolts.Then finally jockying the heater box from under the dash without spilling coolant fronm the heater core is a trick.
