2007 chrysler low pedal after new brakes

This system is equipped with active ABS brakes, a special tool that holds the valves open for bleeding in the ABS hydraulic control block must be uses to bleed the brakes. Any good brake shop will have this tool, there is no way around this, you must use the tool to bleed the air out of the system.

2000 chrysler sebring anti lock system lock up

This problem is caused by a leaking hydraulic pressure valve in the Active ABS system you van is equipped with. The ABS produces its own pressure and can apply the brakes with no brake pedal input from the driver, so the system has pressure always, if the valve that supplies brake pressure doesn't seal the brakes can lock up. You must most likely replace the ABS hydraulic control module under the hood to correct this. They sell them as rebuilt units at parts stores like Napa and Carquest.

Should be located close to the oil filter. It will screw in like a spark plug. It has a harness plug. Easy to change, save yourself $70 in labor. You will need a fairly large wrench to remove
