Not enough information. Sounds like a transmission problem, or engine start? Take by your auto parts store, see if they will read computer (ecu) error codes.

My horn does not work when pushed but comes on when going around turns

Within the stering, just under the steering wheel is an item referred to as a "clock Spring" this allows for electrical contact between the wheel and electrical contacts. With time these will fail, easy to replace standard tools plus a steering wheel puller.

Please let me know if this had assisted you,

Streering wheel will flop around 360d after the Tilt section, goodyear says clock spring, but cant find a clock spring in any manual I read. Truck is a 95 F150 Supercab 4wd 5.8l. Tilt, cruise, and a...

The "clock spring" is a slang term used to describe the round electrical contact below the steering wheel inside the steering column, that transfers the switch contacts in the steering wheel to the actual vehicle. Your problem is more than likely the bearing in the top half of the steering column. Disconnect the battery and remove the air bag and steering wheel nut, steering wheel, and electrical switches, then look at the mechanical bearings or bushings at the steering shaft and case unit, the problem should be visible at this point. Hope this helps, let me know.

Abs light comes on around 60 mph and does not go away until turn engine off. started after replacing front axel(after market parts). help

Sounds like a broken or loose speed sensor. Look around the backside of the front wheel for an electrical connector, and make sure its plugged tightly into the speed sensor and that the sensor itself it tight and clean.

There is a solenoid (popper thingy) that engages your four wheel drive. It is bad, it costs around eighty bucks, but is easy to fix. Go underneath your truck and look at your transfer case, it should have a wire or two going to it, that wire connects to the solenoid. Remove the solenoid, put the new one in and your light, and your four wheel drive will work again. This is a common problem with that type of four wheel drive system in the year ranges of 88-97.

1994 gmc 4x4 non engaging high range four wheel

I would check to see if it is the Axle Actuator.  On that model truck there is an upgrade available that is electrical upgrade.  Instead of using a vacuum to engage the axle, it uses a small electric motor.  The cost for this part isn't much more than the older vacuum model.  Usually the electrical one runs around $100.  This is a relatively easy change that most any person can do with just about any experience.

Steering wheel controls

Replace the clock spring, or check all the cabling and plugs first. If you are inexperienced take it to an auto electrician, otherwise do it yourself but disconnect the negative battery terminal for 2 minutes prior to opening the steering wheel to check the plugs, as not doing so could cause the airbag to go off. In addition you can also take out the airbag fuse. Check radio control plugs and close it up again and reconnect everything in reverse order. If that doesn't fix it, then have the clock spring replaced professionally, its too much mucking around if you don't know what you're doing.
