I can't disable the car's anti lock and it drains my car battery on my 92 Chrysler 3.3 motor

Easiest cure is to add a battery kill switch. You can get one from Harbor Freight for less then $10.
It can be mounted remotely so that you don't even have to open the hood.

Slow electical drain resulting in dead battery if not run frequently to recharge.

Here is the procedure I use to isolate a battery drain. Remove negative battery cable from the battery. Using a 12-volt test light, hook one end to the negative battery post the other end to the negative battery cable you just disconnected. The test light will glow or "light" if there is a drain. If the "light or glow" is faint, that is probably normal draw for the clock or computer. If the "light or glow" is bright, then there is a large drain. That should be corrected. Now start removing and replacing the fuses one by one until the light goes out; that one will be the circuit with the drain. Remember to hold in the button in the door jam for the interior lights.

What you want to do is go to an auto parts store and get a current tester.
You put it in line with your battery and keep removing fuses until the light goes out, then find out what components are on the circuit with the fuse.
Often times its a glove comparment lamp or trunk light.
Something that is trickle discharging .

you have a power drain going on. you have to trace which part is draining your power. the parts that you mentioned would not work if you already have a low battery condition.

have your battery charged and remove all power fuses and one by one, you insert it back and see if you can find the which part is draining the power.

tnx 4 using fixya,
