Not sure about Ford routing but you normally can find the routing on the front radiator brace when you raise the hood. It is pretty much standard for the manufactures to put it there.

its the same. but a different pulley takes place of the a/c compressor. I know DORMAN makes a few "bypass pulleys" to do this, but dont know if they make one for your truck. at the worst... you will need to get a pulley and bracket from the dealer for a truck without a/c . as long as your a/c pulley bearing is ok, you can let the belt run there.
