Hi it should be possible to remove them. But if the head is cracked inside wonder weld will not repair it. Too much pressure and heat.

SOURCE: replace valve stem oil seals

Make up an airline fitting that will screw into spark plug hole, or buy from autoparts , or tools supply place. You put compressed air in cylinder while changing, which holds valves in place.

SOURCE: Engine miss after overheating and having a new head gasket

I seriously doubt that your problem is a lifter. I would have a cylinder leakdown test done to check if you have a warped valve or seat (or a crack somewhere you may have missed). You could have checked this with the head removed, by filling chamber with solvent and seeing if anything leaked past the valves. I would also check valve spring pressures...exhaust springs get hotter than intakes do and in an overheat, a weak spring can relax a bit and not hold the valve on the seat properly.

SOURCE: need to remove fuel injectors to replace cracked

Unscrew the lines to the fuel injectors, there is no need to remove fuel injectors to replace a head gasket.

I have a 2003 1.4 Corsa Utility, the petrol and engine oil are mixing, what could be the cause of this???

This problem is going to be caused by faulty injector o rings. You will need to remove and replace all 8 o rings on the injectors to correct this problem. The injector seals are the only place where the two fluids can mix unless a cylinder head is cracked.

Slk230 r170. Why is there a constant engine misfire?

Three things. A bad spark plug, a bad spark plug wire, or a bad coil pack

Can will be any effect in cast iron cylinder head that was sealed the leaks with holts wonderweld 2years back and last week got overheated,it will be sealed when I skim the cylinder head?

The additives you put in the engine don't last forever. Be happy you got 2 more years. Time to fix it right or replace the engine.

I used holts wonderweld in my cast iron cylinder head in 2013. Last week the car overheated can I use holt wonderweld after skimming the top or it still sealed.

I would say that you used Holts because of a leaking head gasket. You should be fitting a new head gasket so there should be no need for the use of holts.

Im having a misfire in cylinder#2 & #4. My car is struggling to get speed btw 30-40 mph. I did a tune-up on it a month ago an saw oil where the spark plug was. Whats causing these problems some1 plz...

Well could be a cracked cylinder or cracked piston . First i would check the compression on each cylinder. If there is more than 15% difference there is an internal engine problem. The cylinder head would have to be removed and checked. and check the cylinders for cracks and bad pistons

Most of the time the heads will have to come off to see what has actually happened.
