Time for a clutch job. Since it's a 99, I would replace the master and slave also. Also have the fly wheel turned. Sometimes they get to hot and you need to replace it.

Grinds when going into second gear if your at a high rpm.

Check that you are using the correct grade of oil in the gear box. IF you have it is possible that the synchro ring for 2nd gear is failing and not energising the 2nd gear hub. That means box out for a rebuild

My 88 camaro wont shift past 2nd gear

Will the engine rev up in park ?
I would assume the fuel pressure is low because of the lines being connected wrong, but that would not be easy to do.
The pressure line should be bigger than the return line.

99 Saturn SL2 gears

Hello
You will need to have an experienced technical drive this before attempting any repairs, but my gut feeling is that you will need to rebuilt the transmission. That takes many special tools and a high degree of skill and training and is not something that really can be done at home with common hand tools.

Clutch starting to slip 1994 camaro can i adjust it

It does sound like your clutch needs replacing. Adjusting the clutch may help but will not solve the problem. If the transmission has not been serviced for a long time it is a good idea to replace the transmission fluid, inspect the pressure plate. They may also start to wear.

Way to high RPM and does not kick in over drive.

Regardless of engine, your trans is a 42RE, I'm assuming your have
1st,2nd 3rd, rev, gears, is there any tranny codes, is your car autostick feature,
this could be sensor related, wiring, or internal clutch defect. If you can be
more specific, I will help you out on this problem. PS, 2nd and 3rd gear use
same clucthes to give OD.
GOOD LUCK, RDJRP.

If 2nd gear slips a lot, the clutch for that gear is probably worn out. A rebuild of the transmission is recommended.

when was the last time you changed the fuild and fliter in it? how ever since it is always damaged doing so won;t help you much... what you are experiencing is a internal leak! in the high range clutch drum do to woron clutch disk and drum bushings as well as worn and deteriated clutch apply piston seals.
you can check the dent/downshift cable and make a minor adjustment there but i can assure you the damage is interanl and trans needs to be rebuilt
