Check for jammed clutch cable or faulty clutch master cylinder as the clutch is slipping from being held partially off or disengaged
It could be a clutch but the other stuff is cheaper to check first

Testimonial: "Thank you I have replaced the drive clutch, now the back clutch is locked up. I replaced fuel pump cleaned carb new plug and fuel filter. It just spinning the new front clutch motor gets hot but will not fire up?"

I think that you will need to add exactly what vehicle you are talking about that has front and back electrical clutches with an carby engine and fuel pump
Really you are very scarce on information to get a good answer.

How do you disconnect the clutch master cylinder from the clutch pedal

IF you look at at the clutch peddle, there is a rod coming from the clutch cylinder, that is attached to the clutch peddle arm by a pin , remove the pin, remove the line from the master cylinder, remove the bolts holding the cylinder to the fire wall, and the cylinder will be free to remove.

I need to get the clutch cable off a 1997 vw cabrio. How do i get the cable off the clutch pedal

After disconnecting the cable from the engine compartment remove the lower panel on the driver side. Press clutch peddle to floor then reach around the steering wheel column on the gas peddle side. you will feel a plastic guard. reach under guard you will feel the cable on top of clutch peddle. pull cable up and toward back of car.

I have a 2003 civic when it is hideling it dont give heat but when the gas peddle is pressed it gives heat and the car over heats but when i turn the air conditoner on the hand goes back to cool a soon has...

Sounds like the cooling fan on the radiator has a bad clutch. You may also have a bad thermostat. Replace the thermostat and have the fan clutch tested. It should spin freely with the vehicle off. If the fan is not kicking in when you are sitting still with the engine running you could have a bad fan or fan relay. This will also cause the vehicle to over heat.

Spinning sound when pushing gas peddle, sitting

try it with the belts off you can start it and see if the spinning noise goes away then it's accessory's like bad alternator or power steering pump but dont run it more than a minute or two or it will start to overheat. and if it still makes spinning noise make sure it's not coming from the transmission /use a broomstick against the engine block near each piston to hear the condition of the pistons if there scored real bad it makes noticable diff noise than a diff piston will make. check the front of the engin the water pump sometimes needs to be replaced because the bearing in it drys up and fails / there sealed bearings in a water pump than go make noise . good luck give you stuff to think about.

Replacing the clutch cable

I started up at the clutch peddle, and hooked that end then let out as much slack as i could, then ran the cable down the front of the engine and over the sterring arm to the eyelet, put the other end through. thats where i was having trouble then it dawned on me to take my pry bar and move the clutch arm forward to meet the eyelet as i did this it allowed enough slack so i could hook that end.then i went back up top to where it goes through the fire wall and made my adjustmants there took about 45 mins to an hour. not to bad.once i thought about it, thank you, john.
