Where is the vcrm located

The VRCM is located in front of the radiator, on a bracket that goes from the bottom of the car, to the top of the radiator (right above it). It's a nearly rectangular meta box, probably about 2 x 3 x 7 . From underneath the car, you can get at it's only bolt, with a socket and an extension and one that twists at an angle. Before you can get to it, you have to remove an automatic transmission coolr that has 2 same size bolts that are easy to get at from underneath.

TheVRCM has a large connector that has lots of little wires in it and a another long-skinny bolt. Remove that bolt once you have access to it, and then you can remove the VRCM

Where is the relay for the electric cooling fan on my 93 mark 8

the relay is in the VCRM which is a box-looking module located in front of the radiator on the driver side-remove the panel above the headlights, that's where it is. They can be found on ebay (used) for about $50-60 plus shipping, or check Lincoln forum for sale sections, it is a very specific piece of electronic equipment and it serves multiple duties like fuel injection and air conditioning compressor. You can use one out of a 94 or 95 Mark VIII also. I have a couple of spares. with these cars you need them.
