Considering the recent cold weather, the lock may be frozen. Spray some WD-40 into the lock and try it again or wait until the temperature gets above freezing..

Sounds as if you may have brake problems or perhaps CV shaft joint failing.

sounds like the cable became detached or has broken.

wheel bearings are the same all over,no problems...do the nut up tight then back off 1/8th turn...

Best guess and best solution - have it diagnosed by a qualified technician. This way you'll find out exactly what's wrong and what's required to fix it (parts, labor, etc.). You may have to pay the diag fee, but you'll also find out what's causing the problem and maybe decide to fix it yourself.

if you can work the pass side window from its own switch, id have to say the master switch is bad. let me know how it goes
