Not enough gas, maybe? You need to check the fuel pressure. If you have multi-port fuel injection, the pressure requirement is pretty high, about 40 psi. Also make sure the air filter is clean and no obstructions in the air supply to the engine.
Many auto parts stores rent or loan fuel pressure gauge testers. It's usually very simple to check.

Check that the slave cylinder is fully releasing the clutch (push the clutch fork and shaft all the away back into slave cyl.. If ok replace the clutch assy.
