Need help finding fuel pump on 1967 mercedes benz 200 diesel plus what to do when ran out of diesel for two years

Start by checking for fuel delivery. I would disconnect the fuel line to the #1 injector (just loosen it) and see if you get fuel when cranking, There is a primer pump to get the fuel up to the filter. make sure the filter is full of fuel.

Start at the injectors and work back until you find the problem.

My used kubota escavator has a 4 cyl kubota desel engine fuel injector pump is filling crankase with fuel

because injector pumps need specialized machinery to calibrate them , this is a job for a diesel specialist shop
while you can remove the pump , the fitting and timing is is tricky unless it is done by an experienced diesel mechanic
Because the machine would be used by a company or to make a living the quickest fix here is to have a specialist shop to the job rather that do it your self
the pump shaft probably has a bad bearing and that is allowing the shaft seal not to work properly and allowing fuel into the sump

Why the diesel and engine oil for together

For diesel to get into the engine oil there is a failed seal in the pump that is allowing the diesel in the pump to escape past the shaft and into the sump.. If it occurring slowly and over time then the problem will be leaking injector tips that are dribbling and allowing the fuel into the combustion chamber and down past the rings . Best discuss this with an accredited diesel pump specialist as the results are detrimental to a diesel engine.

Can I Replace The Throttle Shaft O Ring Without Removing The Injector Pump On Pergeot 405 Diesel To Stop Fuel Leak

I have done this before a few times, you can remove the top of the pump in situ. It is very awkward to put the top of the pump back on though. but can be done:)

Diesel Fuel leak of of large nut in backside of injector pump

do yourself a favor and take the truck to a fuel diesel injection shop the larger nut is just a cover but the smaller one is an adjustment if you remove either on you could damage the pump

How do you bleed a peugeot 206 1.9 diesel fuel system

The diesels I've worked on are bleed at the injectors. You need to loosen each injector in turn and pump up fuel pressure until only fuel comes out, no air, than tighten the fitting up before it back feeds. Repeat this process for each injector.

Non starter

Yes, try the cam shaft position sensor. Also the crank shaft position sensor. It is on the engine where it meets the transmision. Check the wiring.
