How can i fix a diesel injection fuel pump or procedures of disassembling it. its for Isuzu d-max 2006 double cabin A/T

These pumps require special tools and very exact tolerances to operate correctly. Have pump professionally rebuilt or replace with rebuilt unit.

we dont have this engine here, I think,... but id have to drive to ISUZU and ask them and buy the book.


the 4BE1 is a 3.6L direct injection engine. It replaced the 4BC2 in Isuzu NPR's from 1987- non turbo, VE rotary injection pump or Zexel/Diesel Kiki A-type injection pump. Bore and stroke are both 105 mm. Power ratings in the last versions (NKR300)are 74 kW (100 SAE HP) at 3,500 rpm and 242 Nm at 2000 rpm.

I have an isuzu npr it's a 6/91. Wednesday night at idle the truck revs itself up maximum rpms. What would cause this is it something to do with the fuel?

the problem is what engine is there.
diesel or gas.
and what is the displacement.
we have like 1000 posts here on NPR , an not one answers even 1 question asked, i cant guess why or whats UNDER that hood.

hot engine races
cold or both?
what engine.
what RPM is high, 1000, or 3000 ?
if gas engine, vacuum leaks top that list.
on diesel? , injection problems many.

it has to do with air and fuel controls on all injected engines.
if gas, it can even be, OMG a CARB fueled.

wiring,of what?
the whole truck, or just engine, electrics.
Isuzu sells a book, that covers this, ask them yet?
as you can see its direct injected.
and injections systems are not the same for every country. (smog laws. etc)
get it scanned yet.
