Question about 2004 Chrysler Concorde
If it overheated and won't crank it means that the motor is ceased and would need a complete strip and rebuild if possible depends on damage caused and costs
may be cheaper to fit a used motor and get someone to look at the ceased motor for a quote on a rebuild
most important thing is to find out why it was overheating

It could be a faulty Engine Coolant Temperature sensor. It sounds like when it is cold, your computer is interpreting your signal from the ECT (or lack therof) as being at a certain temperature and not providing the right amount of fuel in order to start the engine when it is cold. Does the check engine light blink or flash at all?

That is a code for an invalid skim key. If you have another skim key try it. If it does the same thing then the skim module may be bad.

There are way too many possibilities for us to try to start to diagnose your car. . Id check all fuses and fusible links if I were you., Body shops often jump start cars that are in their shops for long periods of time, Jump starting can cause alot of issues.
