The filter is built into the fuel pump that is in the fuel tank. it is not designed to be replaced as a maintenance item.

SOURCE: 2003 Honda Odyssey Brake light replacement

open the rear hatch. Between the tail light housing and the rear hatch opening there is a trim strip with two flush fitted flap doors. Insert a small straight blade screwdriver into the small slot on the tail light side of the flap. Pry gently inboard and the small flap will open (the hinge side of the flap is on the side of the rear hatch opening.) Now you can remove the screws that hold the tail lamp assembly in place. Finally, there is still a "spear point" clip that fits into a socket near the front outboard corner of the assembly. Gently pry with a tape wrapped screwdriver (avoids scratches) and force the assembly straight back. The clip should release and free the assembly so you can change the bulb(s).

SOURCE: Transmission fluid/filter change in 2000 Honda Odyssey

I would not recommend using Dexron III. Honda Odysseys are prone to transmission problems. A drain and fill with Genuine Honda Fluid is Recommended. The drain plug can be removed with a 3/8 ratchet at the bottom of the trans. The fill hole is at the top of the trans. You remove it with a socket on a long extension. The capacity is close to 3 quarts

The car stals when i switch the car of and on again it sarts than dies. i replaced the fuel pump and it still does the same

Hello, replace the fuel filter. A blocked fuel filter will take a long time for the petrol to fill the carbies. Also check out the distributor and spark plug leads as these can short out. Also this: ON CERTAIN VEHICLES, A COIL WIRE INSIDE THE FUEL PUMP RELAY MAY BREAK, CAUSING THE FUEL PUMP TO LOSE POWER. IF THE FUEL PUMP BECOMES INOPERATIVE, THE ENGINE MAY NOT START. There was a recall on 05 model odessys because of this fault.

2002 honda crv air filter change

Hi!

Can you specify if you are referring to the engine intake air filter or the cabin air filter?
If you are referencing the cabin air filter, the attached youtube video should help.

I originally created the video for the Odyssey, but found out after looking at my dad's CRV that it is essentially the same procedure as the Odyssey, and have also noticed that the same stands true for most Honda vehicles built between 2005 and 2009.

Happy motoring!

Cabin filter

To replace the cabin filter on the 2005 Odyssey, the glovebox access is different than earlier years. To drop the glovebox, you must release the damper arm. This is accomplished by first removing the retainer cover/clip which slips over the end of the rod and post (pull/slide off the end of the rod). You must then remove the door stops (2) by prying inward on the tabs inside the glovebox. The glovebox will then lower to reveal the the filter housing. Push inward on the release tabs on eaither side of the housing and slide it out. When inserting the new filter into the filter rack, be sure to place the end pleats into the slots provided. This assures that all air will go through the filter.
