My car wont start for the first time.security light is on, i noticed that every thing seems to work but the after market stereo and the power door locks

I would first check the fuses for the accessories in the fusebox, when the fuse blows for the doorlocks, your anti-theft system may become inoperable and the portion which cuts out the starter might be affected. The interior fuseboxes are located on the side edge of the dashboard. Open each front door and you will see the lip that you pull on to open the fuseboxes on the outside edges of the dashboard, (the part that is hidden when the door is closed. Then check your owner's manual to see which fuse powers the door locks.

What is the wire that runs from fan to fuse box?

Should be the power wire (Plus +). However, I have seen some wires go into a fusebox, and from there they are clearly connected to a ''ground'' _inside_ the fusebox. You really need a multimeter to be sure.

The heater fan has no power at the fans green wire all fuses good and switch seems fine.fan works when jumpedwith 12 volts

I would guess your not getting voltage to the switch or there may be a break in the wire, test the incoming wire with a trouble light or meter. If no voltage there, check the switch. troubleshoot all the way back to the fusebox.
