Contact a local realty firm for assistance. You can also place an advertisement in the local papers.

Toyota complaint department

You should buy the struts on line

May just get the same toyota parts & part # there

The dealer will just charge you double

Have a local shop research the correct replacement part
& you do the same online, then meet to discuss the swap out

FORGET A DEALER until you win the lottery forget them

The benefits of office furniture rentals are many. The monthly savings on capital can be used by the company to further expand their business rather than furnishing their offices.

RX3000 85K. This thing eats parts. Now need a rear seal. Lots of laboe do I have lexus do it so they own any problems or go with the local garage? Replaced tranny at 75K

if you have the local garage do it they have to warranty the work and parts for a certain amount of time anyways.the dealer won`t warranty the work usually any longer than a garage will.sometimes the dealer maybe a 3-6 months.check the difference in warranty time.

air con gas will evaprate form the system over about 3-4 years anyway, nost good garages will recharge it for a minimal fee and some will even refund you if they find a leak while filling. if it happend suddenly then you have a leak and again this can be fixed by most good garages. hope this helps

I have a BMW 318i SE saloon. The car feels like

wet cu
the ecu compartment is under the windshield on the passenger side on E36

you gain acess to it under the hood....
this compartment gets wet, the ecu lays on a flat surface in that

the bottom side of the circuit board gets wet and starts corrosion.

remove the ecu, take the bottom plate off, clean the bottom of the circuit
board with alcohol and a soft tooth brush.

you should be able to see the signs of corrosion or conductive build up.

this gunk bridges solder points doing all sort s of wierd things to your
car, including false sensor readings from asc/abs controllers and other

all the way to engine failure and worst case burnt and shorted wiring

I'm on my 3rd ecu, took me and the repair boys a few years to figure this
one out.

BTW: i would get that ecu mounted above that flat surface, use some sort
of standoff to raise it so that it is not laying in the wet.

How do I go about changing the bearings in my front hub?

In order to change them you must do the following.
1) Remove tire
2) decompress the brake caliper
3) unbolt brake caliper and lay it to the side (no need to disconnect brake line
4) remove castle nut from axel
5) unbolt stearing linkage from ball joint (on van door side of hub)
6) unbolt strut from hub (make sure the vehicle is jacked up high enough to allow the hub/wheel assymbly to hang as low as possible.
7) remove CV axel from hub
8) unbolt lower ball joint from hub
9) take hub out
10) remove seal and retainer ring form front and back of hub (retainer ring is on the front side seal is on the back side
11) I highly recommend a press (rent one it is worth it, trust me) and remove the old bearing.
12) insert new bearing and press in (again I recomend renting the press)
13) put everything back the way it came off and your done.
NOTE: I strongly suggest placing the bearing in the freezer for several hours before you start working on the replacement. This lets the metal contract slightly and makes it easier to get it into the hub.
Also you might need a small propain torch to heat the hub up to make it easier to remove the old bearing (especialy if you do not have a press, again RENT THE PRESS)
Good luck.
